Time Management

According to supermoms everywhere, fine-tuning your organizational skills is key to balancing your career and your family with as little stress as possible by mastering the art of TIME MANAGEMENT.
A supermom is always super busy, so you shouldn't rely solely on your memory to keep track of all the things you're expected to do, or all the places you are expected to be at any given time.
To avoid scheduling conflicts, you should set aside a few hours a week to plan your weekly or monthly schedule. Once you have your schedule in front of you, you can revise extracurricular commitments that may conflict with your job.
Momscape.com suggest that you use a calendar, an electronic day planner, or a palm device to help you keep track of important meetings at work, upcoming school functions and any personal outings you may have scheduled with friends and family. Your schedule should be posted in the family room or on the refrigerator so that your children will always know your whereabouts and can add their own planned events.
